Book Review - Where the Crawdads Sing by Delia Owens
Where the Crawdads Sing by Delia Owens
After a few months after starting to read again, I started to feel a bit burned out from reading, but I chose Where The Crawdads Sing as the book to get back into reading again after being in a slump. The first few chapters were a bit difficult to get into because I was confused by the lingo and writing, but after getting further into the book it got easier to understand. The story itself was great, and the murder mystery leaves readers guessing right to the end. Throughout the story, you’ll find yourself relating to the main character, Kya, as she struggles with growing up and figuring out who she’s meant to be in a world full of people that are against her. If you’re into mystery novels, you’ll definitely enjoy this one.
